Consultation & Redress Channels

In full compliance with Verra's stakeholder feedback and human safeguards requirements, facility employees, contractors, and local partners have continuous access to secure digital channels for submitting commentary or highlighting operational concerns.

Anonymity Safeguards

Stakeholders may choose to protect their identity. Upon explicit request, personal contact records will be completely masked from local facility or site management teams.

Evidence Logs & Telemetry

All feedback items are safely logged within a central master registry. Real-time energy use is continuously metered through smart data-logging meters to maintain auditable compliance tracking.

Formal Grievance Resolution

Log a formal dispute or concern regarding working conditions, project implementation, or human rights directly into our compliance tracking infrastructure.

3-Stage Grievance Redress Process

Any formal grievances recorded through this governance platform are handled using a systematic dispute management timeline to ensure absolute equity and transparency.

1

Internal Assessment & Amicable Settlement

Grievances are logged in the master register, assigned to a dedicated compliance manager, and evaluated by executive leadership. A written mitigation strategy is shared with the filer. Secondary internal confirmation checks are finalised to confirm stakeholder resolution validation is complete before closing the ticket.

2

Neutral Third-Party Mediation

If initial Stage 1 mitigation steps do not resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of the filing stakeholder, the case is officially transitioned to formal mediation overseen by an independent, neutral third party.

3

Binding Arbitration or Court Adjudication

Grievances that cannot find resolution through amicable compromise or formal mediation tracks are formally referred either to structured legal arbitration frameworks or advanced directly to a competent court system within the relevant South African jurisdiction.

Corporate Escalation & Registry Requests
