Refund and Returns Policy

At Energy LED, we are committed to providing high-quality lighting products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns policy to make the process easy and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    • Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it
    • Be in its original packaging, including all components, manuals, and accessories
    • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
    • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
      Note: Custom-built, special-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless
      defective.

    Return Process


    To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following
    details:

      • Order number
      • Product name & reason for return
      • Photos (if applicable)
        Once approved, you will be provided with a return reference and return address details.
        Please do not send products back without prior approval.

      Return Shipping

        • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is
          faulty or shipped in error.
        • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

        1. Damaged or Faulty Products
          If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 business days of
          delivery.
          We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
        2. Refunds
          Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of
          your refund.
        • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original
          payment method.
        • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

        Exchanges


        We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an
