Using the in-depth data gathered during our on-site survey Energy LED develops a unique and site-specific energy proposal and feasibility using our in-house software. The proposal covers all the elements of your lighting solution, including return on investment, internal rate of return calculations, C02 reductions, and sustainability metrics

FINANCING OPTION

Energy LED has an agreement in place with Sasfin Bank who offer a rent to own option for the customer whereby the customer enters into an agreement with Sasfin bank (subject to standard credit vetting and approval) who finances the project with the customer paying this back over 60 months as a rental.

Indicative figures for this option are shown below and will suit companies that do not have approved capex budgets allocated to convert their lighting. This is an attractive option as the savings exceed the rental payment, so the company is cash flow positive from Day 1 without having to lay out the initial capital cost.

The company can also choose to get into this same financial arrangement with their own finance house.
